The files are: '/data/pau/CDS/ECV/Maputo/historical/tasmaxAdjust_day_EC-EARTH_SMHI-DBSrev930-GFD-1981-2010-postproc_rcp45_r12i1p1_19500101-19741231.nc' '/data/pau/CDS/ECV/Maputo/historical/tasmaxAdjust_day_EC-EARTH_SMHI-DBSrev930-GFD-1981-2010-postproc_rcp45_r12i1p1_19750101-20051231.nc' '/data/pau/CDS/ECV/Maputo/rcp45/tasmaxAdjust_day_EC-EARTH_SMHI-DBSrev930-GFD-1981-2010-postproc_rcp45_r12i1p1_20060101-20301231.nc' '/data/pau/CDS/ECV/Maputo/rcp45/tasmaxAdjust_day_EC-EARTH_SMHI-DBSrev930-GFD-1981-2010-postproc_rcp45_r12i1p1_20310101-20551231.nc' '/data/pau/CDS/ECV/Maputo/rcp45/tasmaxAdjust_day_EC-EARTH_SMHI-DBSrev930-GFD-1981-2010-postproc_rcp45_r12i1p1_20560101-21001231.nc' Then I cut the region with these parameters: latmin, latmax = [-27.25,-24.75] lonmin, lonmax = [25.25,27.75] And I plot the average along time for the variable tasmaxAdjust. Find attached the result that I am getting. The blue and cyan lines are indeed the average along time for tasmaxAdjust (alternating blue and cyan for the different files). The red line is the averaged by a 365days sliding window. My concern is. Why is there a shift between files in the average? https://bitbucket.org/paugalles/public_repo/src/master/Capture.PNG https://bitbucket.org/paugalles/public_repo/src/master/Capture.PNG Regards, Pau This topic was modified 1 year, 2 months ago by paugallesisardsat. Regards, Pau October 11, 2018 at 8:11 am #5134 Lorna LittleParticipant Dear Pau, We have recreated for several points in the area you had specified but if you look at our figure, the time series look fine. Please make sure you have the files in the correct order. If the problem continues please share your script with us Cheers Christiana October 15, 2018 at 7:11 am #5140 paugallesisardsatParticipant Dear all, Re-downloading the data for that region solved the problem. Is it possible that the offered data changed? maybe due to an update?
