    Dear all,

    I have downloaded bias adjusted ECV Tasmax datasets from “Graphs > Download ECV > Variable > Daily Maximum Temperature”
    There are multiple files for the same dates range. As an example, see these 3:

    ‘tasmaxAdjust_day_GFDL-ESM2M_SMHI-DBSrev930-GFD-1981-2010-postproc_rcp45_r1i1p1_20510101-20551231.nc’,
    ‘tasmaxAdjust_day_IPSL-CM5A-LR_SMHI-DBSrev930-GFD-1981-2010-postproc_rcp45_r1i1p1_20510101-20951231.nc’,
    ‘tasmaxAdjust_day_bcc-csm1-1_SMHI-DBSrev930-GFD-1981-2010-postproc_rcp45_r1i1p1_20510101-20951231.nc’,

    I am not sure which ones to use. Any advise on that?
    I am thinking that bcc might stand for ‘bias corrected’ so I am trying with these one for now.

    Hi Pau,
    I guess these are data based on different GCM models (in your example GFD-ESM2M, IPSL-CM5A-LR and bcc-csm1-1) all bias corected by SMHO using DBS method revision 930 and the GFD data as reference.

    Dear Pau,

    David was correctly assuming. The multiple files you find for downloading the ECVs are related to the different GCM models that have been bias adjusted by SMHI. Here you can find an overview which models have been used: http://climateservice-global.eu/about-the-data/

    There is a specific file structure, e.g.:
    tasmaxAdjust_day_GFDL-ESM2M_SMHI-DBSrev930-GFD-1981-2010-postproc_rcp45_r1i1p1_20510101-20551231.nc
    tasmax = variable tasmax
    Adjust = bias adjusted
    day = daily time step
    GFDL-ESM2M = institute-GCM-name
    SMHI-DBSrev930-GFD-1981-2010-postproc = bias adjustment using DBS method revision 930 and the DFD reference data for the period 1981-2010
    rcp45 = scenario (RCP)
    r1i1p1 = realization
    20510101-20551231 = time period
    .nc = NetCDF file
